योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-78, verse-4

हिमाशनिरिवाम्भोजे जरा निपतनोन्मुखी ।
आयुर्गलत्यविरतं जलं करतलादिव ॥ ४ ॥
himāśanirivāmbhoje jarā nipatanonmukhī ,
āyurgalatyavirataṃ jalaṃ karatalādiva 4

āyuḥ galati aviratam jalam karatalāt iva
