yā asau bhṛśam pariśuṣkā (āsīt),
tasyām te ādṛtāḥ sasnuḥ,

With great eagerness, they bathed in that very river which was exceedingly dry, just as Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva (Hara) would bathe in the Gaṅgā when afflicted by heat.
