इमान्यमूनीहि विभावितानि कार्याण्यपर्यन्तमनोरमाणि ।
जनस्य जायाजनरञ्जनेन जवाज्जरान्तं जरयन्ति चेतः ॥ १७ ॥

17. These very actions here, indeed, which are well-conceived and endlessly charming, especially in pleasing one's family and people, swiftly exhaust the mind, bringing it to the brink of old age.
