वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-77, verse-6

ततः संचोदयानो वै हरीन् रक्षोरणप्रियान् ।
उवाच वचनं काले कालज्ञो रक्षसां वरः ॥६॥
6. tataḥ saṃcodayāno vai harīn rakṣoraṇapriyān ,
uvāca vacanaṃ kāle kālajño rakṣasāṃ varaḥ.

6. Then, Vibhīṣaṇa, the foremost among the rākṣasas and one who understood the opportune moment, indeed incited the monkeys who delighted in battling the rākṣasas, speaking these words at the right time.
