वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-9, verse-41

यस्य सत्त्वस्य या योनिस्तस्यां तत् परिमार्ग्यते ।
न शक्यं प्रमदा नष्टा मृगीषु परिमार्गितुम् ॥४१॥
41. yasya sattvasya yā yonistasyāṃ tat parimārgyate ,
na śakyaṃ pramadā naṣṭā mṛgīṣu parimārgitum.

na śakyam pramadā naṣṭā mṛgīṣu parimārgitum

41. Whatever creature (sattva) has a certain species (yoni), it is searched for within that species. It is not possible to search for a lost woman among female deer.
