वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-65, verse-25

त्वच्छोकविमुखो रामो देवि सत्येन ते शपे ।
रामे दुःखाभिभूते च लक्ष्मणः परितप्यते ॥२५॥
25. tvacchokavimukho rāmo devi satyena te śape ,
rāme duḥkhābhibhūte ca lakṣmaṇaḥ paritapyate.

rāme duḥkha-abhibhūte ca lakṣmaṇaḥ paritapyate
25. devi satyena te śape tvat-śoka-vimukhaḥ rāmaḥ

25. O goddess, I truly swear to you, Rāma is determined to alleviate your sorrow. And when Rāma himself is overwhelmed by grief, Lakṣmaṇa also suffers greatly.
