मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-40, verse-6

ब्रह्मसङ्गिमनः कुर्वन्नुपसर्गात् प्रमुच्यते ।
उपसर्गैर्जितैरेभिरुपसर्गास्ततः पुनः ॥६॥
6. brahmasaṅgimanaḥ kurvannupasargāt pramucyate .

6. By making one's mind attuned to the Absolute (brahman), one is released from obstacles. However, even when these obstacles have been conquered, new obstacles [can arise] again.
