yatra-kāmāvasāyitvam guṇān etān tathā aiśvarān

O tiger among men (naravyāghra), one obtains these eight divine (aiśvara) qualities, which supremely indicate liberation (nirvāṇa), [one of which is] the power to fulfill all desires (yatra-kāmāvasāyitvam).
