मानसीं धारणां बिभ्रन्मनः सूक्ष्मञ्च जायते ॥१९॥

When (the yogi) enters the (universal) mind (manas) through the collective mind (manas) of all beings, then, by holding this mental perception (dhāraṇā), his own mind (manas) becomes subtle.
