मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-125, verse-5

इत्युक्त्वा पितुरुत्सङ्गे तं कृत्वा तनयं ततः ।
यथावृत्तमशेषं स कथयामास तस्य तत् ॥५॥
5. ityuktvā piturutsaṅge taṃ kṛtvā tanayaṃ tataḥ .
yathāvṛttamaśeṣaṃ sa kathayāmāsa tasya tat.
5. iti uktvā pituḥ utsaṅge tam kṛtvā tanayam tataḥ
yathāvṛttam aśeṣam sa kathayāmāsa tasya tat
5. Having spoken thus, and having placed that son upon the father's lap, he then narrated the entire story to him just as it had occurred.
