मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-125, verse-15

गृहीतास्त्रः कृती वेदे धनुर्वेदस्य पारगः ।
निष्णातः सर्वविद्यासु न बभूव ततः परः ॥१५॥
15. gṛhītāstraḥ kṛtī vede dhanurvedasya pāragaḥ .

15. Having received the divine weapons (astras), accomplished in the Veda, and a master (pāraga) of the Dhanurveda (science of archery), proficient in all branches of knowledge, there was thereafter no one superior to him.
