यज्ञाननेकान्निष्याद्य दत्त्वा दानानि चार्थिनाम् ॥१७॥

Then, the king, having seen his grandson and fulfilled his desires, performed many ritual sacrifices (yajñas) and gave numerous donations (dāna) to those who sought them.
