मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-125, verse-17

अथ राजा सुतसुतं दृष्ट्वा प्राप्तमनोरथः ।
यज्ञाननेकान्निष्याद्य दत्त्वा दानानि चार्थिनाम् ॥१७॥
17. atha rājā sutasutaṃ dṛṣṭvā prāptamanorathaḥ .
yajñānanekānniṣyādya dattvā dānāni cārthinām.

yajñān anekān niṣyādya dattvā dānāni ca arthinām
17. Then, the king, having seen his grandson and fulfilled his desires, performed many ritual sacrifices (yajñas) and gave numerous donations (dāna) to those who sought them.
