रूपमाप्यायकं भास्वंस्तस्मै मेधाय ते नमः ॥२१॥

21. tameva muñcataḥ sarvaṃ rasaṃ vai varṣaṇāya yat .
rūpamāpyāyakaṃ bhāsvaṃstasmai medhāya te namaḥ.

O radiant one (bhāsvan)! Salutations to you, to that nourishing form of yours, the cloud (medha), which indeed releases all that essence (rasam) for raining.
