महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-41, verse-17

साञ्जलिं तु ततः कृत्वा पुण्डरीकनिभेक्षणा ।
विव्यथे सुविरूढेव लता वायुसमीरिता ॥१७॥
17. sāñjaliṁ tu tataḥ kṛtvā puṇḍarīkanibhekṣaṇā ,
vivyathe suvirūḍheva latā vāyusamīritā.

17. Then, having made her hands into a respectful gesture (añjali) and with lotus-like eyes, she became distressed, like a well-rooted creeper shaken by the wind.
