महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-7, verse-33

ततो निनादो भूतानामाकाशे समजायत ।
सैन्यानां च ततो राजन्नाचार्ये निहते युधि ॥३३॥
33. tato ninādo bhūtānāmākāśe samajāyata ,
sainyānāṁ ca tato rājannācārye nihate yudhi.
33. tataḥ ninādaḥ bhūtānām ākāśe samajāyata
sainyānām ca tataḥ rājan ācārye nihate yudhi
33. rājan tataḥ ācārye yudhi nihate bhūtānām
sainyānām ca ninādaḥ ākāśe samajāyata
33. Then, O King, a great roar of beings and armies arose in the sky when the preceptor was slain in battle.
