द्रोणकर्णादिभिः सार्धं पर्याप्तोऽहं द्विषद्वधे ।
त्वं तु गच्छ मयाज्ञप्तो जहि युद्धं घटोत्कचम् ॥८॥

tvaṁ tu gaccha mayājñapto jahi yuddhaṁ ghaṭotkacam.

Then the king, repeatedly expressing his pleasure, said to him: "I, along with Droṇa, Karṇa, and others, am fully capable in the slaying of enemies. But you, go as commanded by me, and kill Ghatotkacha in battle."
