महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-71, verse-30

दृढाहतस्ततो भीमो भारद्वाजस्य संयुगे ।
सारथिं प्रेषयामास यमस्य सदनं प्रति ॥३०॥
30. dṛḍhāhatastato bhīmo bhāradvājasya saṁyuge ,
sārathiṁ preṣayāmāsa yamasya sadanaṁ prati.

30. Then, Bhima, having been severely struck in battle by Bharadvaja (Drona), sent (Drona's) charioteer to Yama's abode (to death).
