महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-70, verse-4

क्षिपतश्च शरानस्य रणे शत्रून्विनिघ्नतः ।
ददृशे रूपमत्यर्थं मेघस्येव प्रवर्षतः ॥४॥
4. kṣipataśca śarānasya raṇe śatrūnvinighnataḥ ,
dadṛśe rūpamatyarthaṁ meghasyeva pravarṣataḥ.
4. kṣipataḥ ca śarān asya raṇe śatrūn vinighnataḥ
dadṛśe rūpam atyartham meghasya iva pravarṣataḥ
4. asya raṇe śarān kṣipataḥ ca śatrūn vinighnataḥ ca,
rūpam meghasya iva atyartham pravarṣataḥ dadṛśe
4. ...and as he shot his arrows and struck down enemies on the battlefield, his form was seen to be exceedingly like a cloud showering rain.
