महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-57, verse-27

दीप्यन्तमिव शस्त्रार्च्या मत्तवारणविक्रमम् ।
अपश्यन्पाण्डवास्तत्र धृष्टद्युम्नश्च पार्षतः ॥२७॥
27. dīpyantamiva śastrārcyā mattavāraṇavikramam ,
apaśyanpāṇḍavāstatra dhṛṣṭadyumnaśca pārṣataḥ.

27. There, the Pāṇḍavas and Dhṛṣṭadyumna, the son of Pṛṣata, saw him (Aśvatthāman) blazing as if with the radiance of weapons and displaying the prowess of an enraged elephant.
