महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-57, verse-20

दमनं चापि दायादं पौरवस्य महात्मनः ।
जघान विपुलाग्रेण नाराचेन परंतपः ॥२०॥
20. damanaṁ cāpi dāyādaṁ pauravasya mahātmanaḥ ,
jaghāna vipulāgreṇa nārācena paraṁtapaḥ.
