महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-16, verse-21

बृहस्पतिरुवाच ।
मानुषो नहुषो राजा देवर्षिगणतेजसा ।
देवराज्यमनुप्राप्तः सर्वान्नो बाधते भृशम् ॥२१॥
21. bṛhaspatiruvāca ,
mānuṣo nahuṣo rājā devarṣigaṇatejasā ,
devarājyamanuprāptaḥ sarvānno bādhate bhṛśam.
21. bṛhaspatiḥ uvāca mānuṣaḥ nahuṣaḥ rājā devarṣigaṇatejasā
devarājyam anuprāptaḥ sarvān naḥ bādhate bhṛśam
21. Brihaspati said: "The human king Nahuṣa, having attained the kingship of the gods (devarājya) through the spiritual power (tejas) of the groups of divine sages (devarṣigaṇa), greatly harasses all of us."
