महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-16, verse-6

त्वामग्ने जलदानाहुर्विद्युतश्च त्वमेव हि ।
दहन्ति सर्वभूतानि त्वत्तो निष्क्रम्य हायनाः ॥६॥
6. tvāmagne jaladānāhurvidyutaśca tvameva hi ,
dahanti sarvabhūtāni tvatto niṣkramya hāyanāḥ.
6. tvām agne jaladān āhuḥ vidyutaḥ ca tvam eva hi
dahanti sarvabhūtāni tvattaḥ niṣkramya hāyanāḥ
6. O Agni, they call you the rain-bearing clouds, and indeed, you are also the lightning. Destructive fires, manifested as 'years' (which bring about decay and end), having originated from you, consume all beings.
