महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-214, verse-28

तस्य तं निनदं श्रुत्वा न्यपतन्बहुधा जनाः ।
भीताश्चोद्विग्नमनसस्तमेव शरणं ययुः ॥२८॥
28. tasya taṁ ninadaṁ śrutvā nyapatanbahudhā janāḥ ,
bhītāścodvignamanasastameva śaraṇaṁ yayuḥ.

28. Upon hearing his roar, many people fell down in various ways. Frightened and with agitated minds, they sought refuge in him alone.
