महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-197, verse-12

उच्छिष्टं भुञ्जते भर्तुः सा तु नित्यं युधिष्ठिर ।
दैवतं च पतिं मेने भर्तुश्चित्तानुसारिणी ॥१२॥
12. ucchiṣṭaṁ bhuñjate bhartuḥ sā tu nityaṁ yudhiṣṭhira ,
daivataṁ ca patiṁ mene bhartuścittānusāriṇī.

daivatam ca patim mene bhartuḥ cittānusāriṇī
12. But she, O Yudhishthira, always eats the remnants of her husband's food. She considered her husband as her deity, being compliant with his thoughts.
