महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-195, verse-7

समुद्रो वालुकापूर्ण उज्जानक इति स्मृतः ।
आगम्य च स दुष्टात्मा तं देशं भरतर्षभ ।
बाधते स्म परं शक्त्या तमुत्तङ्काश्रमं प्रभो ॥७॥
7. samudro vālukāpūrṇa ujjānaka iti smṛtaḥ ,
āgamya ca sa duṣṭātmā taṁ deśaṁ bharatarṣabha ,
bādhate sma paraṁ śaktyā tamuttaṅkāśramaṁ prabho.
7. samudraḥ vālukāpūrṇaḥ ujjānaka iti
smṛtaḥ āgamya ca sa duṣṭātmā tam
deśam bharatarṣabha bādhate sma
param śaktyā tam uttaṅkāśramam prabho
7. O best of Bharatas (bharatarṣabha), that sandy expanse, full of sand, is known as Ujjānaka. And having arrived at that region, that evil-minded one (Dhundhu) used to torment with great power (śakti) that hermitage of Uttanka, O lord (prabho).
