महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-195, verse-39

आयुष्मान्धृतिमांश्चैव श्रुत्वा भवति पर्वसु ।
न च व्याधिभयं किंचित्प्राप्नोति विगतज्वरः ॥३९॥
39. āyuṣmāndhṛtimāṁścaiva śrutvā bhavati parvasu ,
na ca vyādhibhayaṁ kiṁcitprāpnoti vigatajvaraḥ.
39. āyuṣmān dhṛtimān ca eva śrutvā bhavati parvasu
na ca vyādhibhayam kiñcit prāpnoti vigatajvaraḥ
39. Having heard (this narrative), one becomes long-lived and resolute, especially during festivals. Furthermore, being free from distress, one does not experience any fear of disease.
