महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-195, verse-34

तस्य पुत्रास्त्रयः शिष्टा युधिष्ठिर तदाभवन् ।
दृढाश्वः कपिलाश्वश्च चन्द्राश्वश्चैव भारत ।
तेभ्यः परम्परा राजन्निक्ष्वाकूणां महात्मनाम् ॥३४॥
34. tasya putrāstrayaḥ śiṣṭā yudhiṣṭhira tadābhavan ,
dṛḍhāśvaḥ kapilāśvaśca candrāśvaścaiva bhārata ,
tebhyaḥ paramparā rājannikṣvākūṇāṁ mahātmanām.
34. tasya putrāḥ trayaḥ śiṣṭāḥ yudhiṣṭhira
tadā abhavan dṛḍhāśvaḥ kapilāśvaḥ
ca candrāśvaḥ ca eva bhārata tebhyaḥ
paramparā rājan ikṣvākūṇām mahātmanām
34. O Yudhiṣṭhira, O Bhārata, he then had three virtuous sons: Dṛḍhāśva, Kapilāśva, and Candrāśva. From these, O King, descended the lineage of the great-souled (mahātman) Ikṣvākūs.
