महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-195, verse-26

तेषु क्रोधाग्निदग्धेषु तदा भरतसत्तम ।
तं प्रबुद्धं महात्मानं कुम्भकर्णमिवापरम् ।
आससाद महातेजाः कुवलाश्वो महीपतिः ॥२६॥
26. teṣu krodhāgnidagdheṣu tadā bharatasattama ,
taṁ prabuddhaṁ mahātmānaṁ kumbhakarṇamivāparam ,
āsasāda mahātejāḥ kuvalāśvo mahīpatiḥ.
26. teṣu krodha-agni-dagdheṣu tadā
bharata-sattama | tam prabuddham mahā-ātmānam
kumbha-karṇam iva aparam | āsasāda
mahā-tejāḥ kuvalāśvaḥ mahī-patiḥ
26. O best of Bharatas, after they were incinerated by the fire of anger, the greatly effulgent King Kuvalashva then approached that awakened great being, who was like another Kumbhakarna.
