यः स पञ्चसु भूतेषु प्राणापाने व्यवस्थितः ।

21. That very wind (vāyu) which is established as `prāṇa` and `apāna` within the five great elements (pañca bhūta), and which moves upwards, then departs, having painfully left the embodied being (śarīrin).
