महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-125, verse-20

धनबुद्धिश्रुतैर्हीनः केवलं तेजसान्वितः ।
महत्प्रार्थयसे नूनं तेनासि हरिणः कृशः ॥२०॥
20. dhanabuddhiśrutairhīnaḥ kevalaṁ tejasānvitaḥ ,
mahatprārthayase nūnaṁ tenāsi hariṇaḥ kṛśaḥ.
20. dhanabuddhiśrutaiḥ hīnaḥ kevalam tejasā anvitaḥ
mahat prārthayase nūnam tena asi hariṇaḥ kṛśaḥ
20. hariṇaḥ tvam dhanabuddhiśrutaiḥ hīnaḥ (asi) kevalam tejasā
anvitaḥ (asi) nūnam mahat prārthayase tena tvam kṛśaḥ asi
20. O deer, you are devoid of wealth, intellect, and knowledge, and endowed only with radiance. You certainly desire great things. That is why you are emaciated.
