महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-94, verse-26

नैतान्येकेन शक्यानि सातत्येनान्ववेक्षितुम् ।
एतेष्वाप्तान्प्रतिष्ठाप्य राजा भुङ्क्ते महीं चिरम् ॥२६॥
26. naitānyekena śakyāni sātatyenānvavekṣitum ,
eteṣvāptānpratiṣṭhāpya rājā bhuṅkte mahīṁ ciram.
26. na etāni ekena śakyāni sātatyeṇa anvavekṣitum
eteṣu āptān pratiṣṭhāpya rājā bhuṅkte mahīm ciram

26. It is not possible for one person alone to constantly oversee all these (five aspects). By appointing trustworthy individuals in these matters, a king rules his kingdom for a long time.
