महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-94, verse-10

नापत्रपेत प्रश्नेषु नाभिभव्यां गिरं सृजेत् ।
न त्वरेत न चासूयेत्तथा संगृह्यते परः ॥१०॥

10. One should not be ashamed when asking questions, nor should one utter overbearing speech. One should not act with impatience or be envious. In this way, others are won over.
