महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-286, verse-34

यो दुर्लभतरं प्राप्य मानुष्यमिह वै नरः ।
धर्मावमन्ता कामात्मा भवेत्स खलु वञ्च्यते ॥३४॥
34. yo durlabhataraṁ prāpya mānuṣyamiha vai naraḥ ,
dharmāvamantā kāmātmā bhavetsa khalu vañcyate.

34. Indeed, that person who, having obtained this exceedingly rare human birth in this world, disregards natural law (dharma) and is driven by desires, is truly deluded.
