महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-278, verse-8

इन्द्रोऽथ धनदो राजा यक्षरक्षोधिपः स च ।
प्रभविष्णुश्च कोशस्य जगतश्च तथा प्रभुः ॥८॥
8. indro'tha dhanado rājā yakṣarakṣodhipaḥ sa ca ,
prabhaviṣṇuśca kośasya jagataśca tathā prabhuḥ.

8. Indra; and then Dhanada (Kubera), who was the king and lord of Yakṣas and Rakṣas. He was also the controller of the treasury and, similarly, the lord of the world.
