भीष्म उवाच ।
ततः प्रीतोऽभवद्देव्याः प्रहसंश्चेदमब्रवीत् ।
गच्छत्वेष यथाकाममिति राजन्पुनः पुनः ॥३६॥

36. bhīṣma uvāca ,
tataḥ prīto'bhavaddevyāḥ prahasaṁścedamabravīt ,
gacchatveṣa yathākāmamiti rājanpunaḥ punaḥ.

abravīt gacchatu eṣaḥ yathākāmam iti rājan punaḥ punaḥ

36. Bhishma said: Then, pleased with the goddess, he said with a smile, "Let him go as he wishes," repeating this, O King, again and again.
