महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-278, verse-32

स विनिष्क्रम्य शिश्नेन शुक्रत्वमभिपेदिवान् ।
कार्येण तेन नभसो नागच्छत च मध्यतः ॥३२॥

32. Having emerged through the penis, he attained the seminal state. And due to that action, he did not come from the midst of the sky.
