एतानि सह यज्ञेन प्रजापतिरकल्पयत् ।
तेन प्रजापतिर्देवान्यज्ञेनायजत प्रभुः ॥२१॥

21. Prajāpati created these (beings) in conjunction with the Vedic ritual (yajña). By means of that (ritual), the Lord Prajāpati worshipped the gods with the Vedic ritual (yajña).
