महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-218, verse-25

शक्र उवाच ।
यस्मिन्देवाश्च यज्ञाश्च यस्मिन्वेदाः प्रतिष्ठिताः ।
तृतीयं पादमग्निस्ते सुधृतं धारयिष्यति ॥२५॥
25. śakra uvāca ,
yasmindevāśca yajñāśca yasminvedāḥ pratiṣṭhitāḥ ,
tṛtīyaṁ pādamagniste sudhṛtaṁ dhārayiṣyati.
25. śakraḥ uvāca yasmin devāḥ ca yajñāḥ ca yasmin vedāḥ
pratiṣṭhitāḥ tṛtīyam pādam agniḥ te sudhṛtam dhārayiṣyati
25. śakraḥ uvāca te tṛtīyam pādam agniḥ sudhṛtam dhārayiṣyati
yasmin devāḥ ca yajñāḥ ca yasmin vedāḥ pratiṣṭhitāḥ
25. Śakra said: "Agni (Fire god) will firmly hold your third foot, in which the gods and sacrificial rituals (yajña) reside, and in which the Vedas are established."
