महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-218, verse-19

श्रीरुवाच ।
स्थास्यामि नित्यं देवेन्द्र यथा त्वयि निबोध तत् ।
विधिना वेददृष्टेन चतुर्धा विभजस्व माम् ॥१९॥
19. śrīruvāca ,
sthāsyāmi nityaṁ devendra yathā tvayi nibodha tat ,
vidhinā vedadṛṣṭena caturdhā vibhajasva mām.
19. śrīḥ uvāca | sthāsyāmi nityam devendra yathā tvayi
nibodha tat | vidhinā vedadṛṣṭena caturdhā vibhajasva mām
19. śrīḥ uvāca devendra,
yathā aham tvayi nityam sthāsyāmi,
tat nibodha.
vedadṛṣṭena vidhinā mām caturdhā vibhajasva.
19. Śrī said: "O king of gods (Devendra), understand how I will always reside in you: by the method prescribed in the Vedas, divide me into four parts."
