महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-73, verse-5

ततो जलात्समुत्तीर्य कन्यास्ताः सहितास्तदा ।
वस्त्राणि जगृहुस्तानि यथासन्नान्यनेकशः ॥५॥
5. tato jalātsamuttīrya kanyāstāḥ sahitāstadā ,
vastrāṇi jagṛhustāni yathāsannānyanekaśaḥ.

vastrāṇi jagṛhuḥ tāni yathāsannāni anekaśaḥ
5. Then, those girls, having emerged from the water, gathered together and took their garments, many of them picking up whatever was nearby.
