महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-27, verse-34

जनयामास पुत्रौ द्वावरुणं गरुडं तथा ।
अरुणस्तयोस्तु विकल आदित्यस्य पुरःसरः ॥३४॥
34. janayāmāsa putrau dvāvaruṇaṁ garuḍaṁ tathā ,
aruṇastayostu vikala ādityasya puraḥsaraḥ.
34. janayāmāsa putrau dvau aruṇam garuḍam tathā
aruṇaḥ tayoḥ tu vikalaḥ ādityasya purasaraḥ
34. She gave birth to two sons: Aruna and Garuḍa. Of these two, Aruna, being crippled, became the charioteer of the Sun-god.
