महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-111, verse-12

ऋणैश्चतुर्भिः संयुक्ता जायन्ते मनुजा भुवि ।
पितृदेवर्षिमनुजदेयैः शतसहस्रशः ॥१२॥
12. ṛṇaiścaturbhiḥ saṁyuktā jāyante manujā bhuvi ,
