ततो जज्ञे मांसपेशी लोहाष्ठीलेव संहता ।
द्विवर्षसंभृतां कुक्षौ तामुत्स्रष्टुं प्रचक्रमे ॥१२॥

12. tato jajñe māṁsapeśī lohāṣṭhīleva saṁhatā ,
dvivarṣasaṁbhṛtāṁ kukṣau tāmutsraṣṭuṁ pracakrame.

12. tataḥ jajñe māṃsapeśī lohāṣṭhīlā iva saṃhatā
dvivarṣasaṃbhṛtāṃ kukṣau tāṃ utsraṣṭuṃ pracakrame

12. Then, a compact lump of flesh, like a mass of iron, was produced. She (Gandhari) then began to cast out that (lump) which had been carried in her womb for two years.
