योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-77, verse-48

वह्निर्विदाहकृदृष्ट्या शममभ्याययौ तथा ।

48. The fire, which causes immense burning, eventually subsided due to the rain, just as deep misfortune (āpat) is dispelled by the association with scriptures and virtuous individuals.
