योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-181, verse-26

तेनेत्युक्ते मयाप्युक्तं भगवन्विद्धि ईदृशम् ।
न किंचिदावां बुद्धोऽपि कस्माज्जानासि न स्वयम् ॥ २६ ॥
tenetyukte mayāpyuktaṃ bhagavanviddhi īdṛśam ,
na kiṃcidāvāṃ buddho'pi kasmājjānāsi na svayam 26
26. tena iti ukte mayā api uktam bhagavan viddhi īdṛśam
na kiṃcit āvām buddhaḥ api kasmāt jānāsi na svayam
26. tena iti ukte,

api kasmāt svayam na jānāsi?
26. When he had thus spoken, I replied: "O venerable one, understand this: We two know nothing. Why do you not know it yourself, even though you are awakened?"
