योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-73, verse-6

इति निश्चयवानन्तर्भूतमात्मतया जगत् ।
पश्य हर्षविषादाभ्यां नावशः परिभूयसे ॥ ६ ॥
iti niścayavānantarbhūtamātmatayā jagat ,
paśya harṣaviṣādābhyāṃ nāvaśaḥ paribhūyase 6
6. iti niścayavān antarbhūtam ātmatayā jagat
paśya harṣaviṣādābhyām na avaśaḥ paribhūyase

6. With such conviction that the world (jagat) is contained within as the very Self (ātman), behold that you will not be helplessly overcome by joy and sorrow.
