वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-57, verse-20

अथावसाने यज्ञस्य पूर्ववैरमनुस्मरन् ।
वसिष्ठरूपी राजानमिति होवाच राक्षसः ॥२०॥
20. athāvasāne yajñasya pūrvavairamanusmaran ,
vasiṣṭharūpī rājānamiti hovāca rākṣasaḥ.
20. atha avasāne yajñasya pūrva-vairam anusmaran
vasiṣṭha-rūpī rājānam iti hovāca rākṣasaḥ
20. atha yajñasya avasāne pūrva-vairam anusmaran
vasiṣṭha-rūpī rākṣasaḥ rājānam iti hovāca
20. Then, at the conclusion of the (Vedic ritual) (yajña), remembering the former enmity, a demon (rākṣasa) in the form of Vasiṣṭha spoke thus to the king.
