वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-81, verse-24

ते तु रामसहस्राणि रणे पश्यन्ति राक्षसाः ।
पुनः पश्यन्ति काकुत्स्थमेकमेव महाहवे ॥२४॥
24. te tu rāmasahasrāṇi raṇe paśyanti rākṣasāḥ ,
punaḥ paśyanti kākutsthamekameva mahāhave.

punaḥ paśyanti kākutstham ekam eva mahā-āhave
24. te rākṣasāḥ tu raṇe rāmasahasrāṇi paśyanti

24. But those Rākṣasas see thousands of Rāmas in battle; then again, in the great conflict, they see Kakutstha (Rāma) as only one.
