वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-4, verse-33

तस्य रोमाणि केशांश्च ददाहाग्निर्महात्मनः ।
जीर्णं त्वचं तथास्थीनि यच्च मांसं च शोणितम् ॥३३॥
33. tasya romāṇi keśāṃśca dadāhāgnirmahātmanaḥ ,
jīrṇaṃ tvacaṃ tathāsthīni yacca māṃsaṃ ca śoṇitam.

tvacam tathā asthīni yat ca māṃsam ca śoṇitam

33. The fire consumed the hair on his body, his head hair, his worn-out skin, and also his bones, flesh, and blood – everything of that great soul (mahātman).
