वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-29, verse-20

जातस्वेदस्ततो रामो रोषाद् रक्तान्तलोचनः ।
निर्बिभेद सहस्रेण बाणानां समरे खरम् ॥२०॥
20. jātasvedastato rāmo roṣād raktāntalocanaḥ ,
nirbibheda sahasreṇa bāṇānāṃ samare kharam.

20. Then, Rāma, perspiring and having the corners of his eyes reddened from anger, pierced Khara in battle with a thousand arrows.
